To help its users easily manage their communications, Apimo is launching a new version of its functionality Automator. Automator 2, offers a whole new creation experience guided step by step: identify the available scenarios at first glance and finely select the field of application thanks to an overview of your franchise/business. Once the configuration is complete, an interactive summary will be offered to you before validation. Automator 2 thus becomes a key tool to simplify exchanges thanks to a modern and user-friendly interface.

An interface designed for users

This Automator update introduces a redesigned interface that is both more intuitive and easy to use. Navigation is simplified, and notifications can be set up quickly. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced user, this release makes accessing Automator's features easier, for automated, personalized, and effective communication.

Multilingual and multi-channel notifications

You can choose the language of your messages, and decide exactly when they should be sent. Three channel options are available:

  • Email
  • SMS
  • Mobile push notification


Thanks to these choices, agencies can adapt communication according to the preferences of recipients and optimize exchanges.

Appointment reminders synced with Google or Microsoft Calendar

Targeted notifications for each recipient

Automator also allows you to choose exactly who receives each notification. You can send reminders to:

  • The user, to remind you of your appointments or other actions to perform
  • Customer contact, to keep them informed of important events or appointments
  • Depending on your level of access you will be able to see different fields of application (user, agency, company, brand)

This targeting option ensures that everyone receives only the information they need, without overburdening communication.

Towards even greater personalization

We plan to add new features to Automator to better meet the needs of agencies:

  1. New message templates: A selection of ready-to-use templates will be proposed to send professional and adapted messages in one click.
  2. Customizing messages: Agencies will be able to adjust messages by adding specific information (customer name, property type, etc.) for a more personalized approach.
  3. Fully customizable scenarios (however, you will have to wait a bit longer for this addition).

Thanks to this new version, Automator becomes a valuable tool for real estate agencies, offering a high level of customization and ease of use. We continue to improve its functionalities taking into account the needs of its users, for an ever smoother experience.
