Seloger API: Simplify the management of your real estate ads

Since this summer, Apimo has been offering an API connection with Seloger Group portals: Seloger, Beautiful Homes, Logic-immo, Lux Residence.

What is an API gateway?

A footbridge API (Application Programming Interface) allows direct and standardized communication between our CRM And the real estate portals. For almost 10 years, we have been promoting and offering our own Apimo APIs, while making ourselves compatible with around fifty external APIs from portals and service providers. Key benefits include:

• Synchronization in near real time: your ads are updated within 15 minutes if changes are detected (compared to several hours currently).
• Increased responsiveness: errors or missing information are reported immediately, allowing you to correct them without delay.
• Flexibility: the structure and the information exchanged can be adapted more easily to meet the needs of the market.
• Scalability: new versions of the API (adding fields, regulations or functionalities) will be integrated more quickly, offering better continuity of services.

Simplified activation in 2024

Since this summer, nearly 2500 accounts have adopted this new synchronization method. Activating the gateway Seloger API is now just a click away for Apimo users.

Here are the key steps:

1. Access your Apimo CRM space.
2. Go to your agency's transfers, and click on the “Authorization” button on your Seloger gateway.
3. Allow login via your My Seloger Pro account.
4. Once linked, your selected ads will be automatically synchronized.

No need to force the flow anymore! Any changes will be sent to the portals in less than 15 minutes.

Practical tips for a successful setup

If you manage multiple My Seloger Pro accounts for different agencies, here are some recommendations:

• Log out of your My Seloger Pro account before setting up a new connection.
• Ensure that each account is properly linked to avoid sync errors.

With these tips, you will optimize the management of your ads and take full advantage of the benefits of the Seloger API connection.
